Rondinara is a villa of 48 square meters in “the Hamlets of Bocca del Oro” residence, located on the ground floor (6 people maximum). It is arranged as follows:

* A spacious living room with sofa bed , TV, dining area with equipped kitchenette: washing machine, dishwater, microwave, coffee maker,
* Two separate rooms: the first one with a double bed in 1.60 and the second one with twin beds in 0.90,
* A bathroom (bath) and separate toilet.

Each villa has a large shaded terrace, extended by the grass of the park offering a breathtaking view to the sea, and equipped: barbecue and garden furniture.
